Located at 3rd and Chesterfield, the eNVy provides some incredible view properties and is a fully-rentable building. A smaller unit complex with a great parking access off the back alley, this building has been a winner in my books for a long time. It was built ahead of it’s time, and now shines as a great asset in Lower Lonsdale.
